Sales Manager (Part Time)

Location: Woodbury, Minnesota, United States; onsite retail store role.

Salary: $16.75–$20.50 per hour, based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and help families select products from preemie through size 14.
• Build expertise in product styles, features, benefits, and brand offerings.
• Lead the sales floor, maintain customer focus, and deliver consistent omnichannel service.
• Coach team members, provide feedback, recognize performance, and escalate concerns to the Store Manager.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, respond to customer issues, and execute assigned business priorities.
• Support customer loyalty programs, asset protection, safety awareness, and operational controls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Outlook, Excel, web navigation, and related technology.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, stand, and walk for extended periods; ladder climbing is required.
• Availability for scheduled days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
