Staff, Technical Program Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite at the home office

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus potential annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, critical paths, and strategic alignment for medium- to high-complexity technology initiatives.
• Manage dependencies, commitments, risks, mitigation plans, and communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on scalable, highly available system architecture.
• Establish and improve launch, post-launch, monitoring, alerting, and operational excellence processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying synergies, reducing waste, and proposing automation tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or a related area.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, communication, analytical problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Knowledge of software design, cloud infrastructure, system architecture principles, Agile methodology, and process improvement.
• Ability to work onsite at the Dallas, Texas home office.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Master’s degree in business administration with a relevant specialization.
• Experience in product design and digital accessibility, including WCAG 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies.
