Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; onsite at the Bellevue Skyline Office

Salary: $156,000–$312,000 annual salary in Bellevue, Washington; $169,000–$338,000 in Sunnyvale, California, plus performance bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define goals, stage gates, deliverables, and resource plans for large-scale multi-program initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end technical program planning across strategy, architecture, and delivery.
• Manage dependencies, risks, conflicts, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Improve processes by identifying synergies, eliminating redundancies, and implementing scalable workflows and automation.
• Oversee system design decisions and address limitations in new and legacy technology solutions.
• Mentor team members in program management, technical design, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Seven years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or nine years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Extensive experience in program management, planning, risk mitigation, and resource alignment for complex initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across multiple workstreams and timelines.
• Technical expertise in system and software design, cloud infrastructure, and platform architecture.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, data analysis, process improvement, and automation skills.
• Experience mentoring team members and promoting program management and technical best practices.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Master of Business Administration with a specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or a related area.
• Experience in product design.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
