Annual salary: $91,000–$169,000 for the San Bruno location. Performance-based bonuses and additional compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Coordinate complex program activities and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams, implement program plans, prioritize critical issues, and deliver milestones on time.
• Track program performance using key metrics, trend data, and customer feedback, and report insights to senior leadership.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements that increase service and product capabilities.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the development of associates while promoting accountability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or a related area, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability.
• Strong communication, stakeholder relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics, conduct root cause analysis, manage risks, and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Ability to manage complex programs, track performance, prioritize issues, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, respect, and associate development.
