Etch Equipment Maintenance Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: 100% onsite in Palm Bay, Florida, United States. Compressed work week with 12-hour day or night shifts: three days one week and four days the next.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tool sets in the Etch area.
• Support AMAT Centura 5200 MxP, AMAT 8330/8110, AMAT P5000 MxP, Gasonics Aura 1000, Gasonics Iridia, and STS HRM Bosch Trench Etcher equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot additional equipment, including Axcelis Fusion, Semitool SST, Semitool SRD, and manual wet benches.
• Apply mechanical, electronic, and problem-solving skills to maintain equipment performance.
• Use SPC in the semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• AS or AA degree in electrical, mechanical, or related training, military training, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years supporting the specified semiconductor equipment and at least 5 years in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electronic skills, excellent written and oral communication, and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
