Senior Technician-Equipment (CMP)

Location: Fab 4 facility in Gresham, Oregon, United States. Onsite back nights compressed work week shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday, 6:15 PM–6:30 AM.

What you will do

• Repair and maintain CMP equipment, including AMAT Mirra and Mirra Mesa tools.
• Maintain DNSE AS2000 Post Clean, Daifuku Stockers, and wafer handling tools such as Kensington, Recif, and Cybeq sorters.
• Troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and mechanical problems.
• Disassemble, adjust, and repair equipment using maintenance specifications and OEM manuals.
• Present equipment issues and solutions to the group and collaborate effectively with the maintenance team.
• Participate as an active member of the Fab 4 Emergency Response Team.

Requirements

• AA degree or planned completion in the current academic year in a technical field, or equivalent military training or technical degree.
• 7+ years of CMP equipment maintenance experience.
• Electronic and mechanical aptitude, practical application of technical concepts, and strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with strong organization, documentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a highly team-oriented environment.
• Must pass the ERT physical, fit test, and medical clearance for use of a tight-fitting SCBA full-face respirator; must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry approximately 50 pounds.
