Technician IV-Equipment (Etch)

Location: Gresham, Oregon, United States; onsite at the Fab 4 facility. Front night compressed work week shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday, 6:15 PM–6:30 AM.

What you will do

• Repair and maintain LAM, TEL, and AMAT etch systems.
• Repair and maintain Novellus and Mattson strip systems.
• Troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and mechanical problems.
• Read mechanical prints and electrical/electronic schematics.
• Document maintenance work and follow established procedures.
• Work effectively as a reliable team member with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• AA degree in a technical field, or equivalent semiconductor industry experience, military training, or technical degree.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining etch equipment.
• Strong organizational, documentation, writing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to work independently.
• Active participation in the Fab 4 Emergency Response Team is required.
• Must pass physical, fit-test, and medical clearance requirements for a tight-fitting SCBA full-face respirator.

• Additional experience in other semiconductor fabrication maintenance areas.
