Annual base pay: $231,400–$347,200

What you will do

• Advise two C-Suite executives on organizational strategy, operating models, workforce priorities, and leadership challenges.
• Lead and develop a global team of functional HR Business Partners.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence across Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, and People Analytics.
• Lead executive performance calibration, succession planning, and senior leadership development.
• Align talent strategies, organizational design, and cultural initiatives with operational and business objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive HR leadership experience in large-scale, complex organizations.
• Experience advising operational leaders and aligning organizational strategies with business priorities.
• Expertise in designing scalable global and local operating models.
• Experience building succession plans and leadership pipelines for operational teams.
• Strong background in people analytics, workforce planning, transformational change, and collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Experience driving cultural alignment, engagement, inclusion, and measurable operational improvements.
