What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across EMEA and provide hands-on HR partnership.
• Lead organizational design initiatives through implementation and drive change through adoption.
• Own workforce planning, headcount management, and people budget tracking.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, capability development, and talent pipeline activities.
• Coach leaders and managers on leadership, feedback, team development, and performance.
• Partner with local HR teams to apply employment law requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience delivering hands-on HR work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Reward, and People Experience teams.
• Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and leadership coaching skills.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and in matrix organizations.
• Bias for action and the ability to maintain high performance standards.
• Ability to work in London, United Kingdom.
