Senior Analytics Engineer, Enterprise Analytics & Advisory (AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada — Toronto-81 Bay. The work arrangement and proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise analytics solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Build end-to-end analytics and AI solutions covering data modeling, orchestration, pipelines, visualizations, and machine learning models.
• Use BigQuery, Vertex AI, Agentic AI environments, Power BI, Databricks, Alteryx, Azure, and GCP to support strategic initiatives.
• Optimize reporting and analytical processes through automation, reducing manual intervention and improving effectiveness.
• Lead data enablement strategies and collaborate with business, technology, architecture, security, and change management groups.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and provide guidance and upskilling to data teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting analytics engineering, AI, and cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery; Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform experience is highly preferred.
• Practical experience with Databricks, Power BI, T-SQL, and Python.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, business analysis, and consulting skills.
• Experience investigating complex problems and translating banking processes into data outputs.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gemini for Google Cloud, Google Gemini Code Assist, Microsoft Azure Databricks, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power BI, and PL/SQL.
