Senior GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in Ontario, Canada

Annual salary: CAD 100,300–150,000 + equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain reliable automated workflows with n8n, Clay, Claude Code, and similar tools.
• Develop data models, ETL pipelines, and enrichment workflows for outbound targeting, account scoring, and growth initiatives.
• Support integrations across Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Snowflake, and Clay.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Enterprise AI Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver scoped technical solutions.
• Identify repetitive manual work and design simpler automated approaches.
• Develop AI-powered agents and workflows for research, prospecting, and operational tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, data analysis, marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar technical role in a SaaS or subscription business.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience building automated workflows with Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and Salesforce data and integrations.
• Understanding of GTM processes, including pipeline creation, seller execution, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and deliver measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clay, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, Power BI, or Databricks.
• Familiarity with Claude, OpenAI, AI agents, Outreach, 6Sense, or Gong.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
