Student, FCC Service Delivery & Client Support (Fintech)

Location: Toronto office, flexible hybrid schedule; current work authorization for Canada is required

Salary: CAD 23.00–27.00 per hour

hirify.global provides investment portfolios and services, while Fidelity Clearing Canada delivers trade execution, clearing, custody, and back-office support to Canadian registered brokerage firms and portfolio managers.

What you will do

• Research markets, competitors, and FCC’s position within the market.
• Support monthly and quarterly product adoption and KPI reporting.
• Write internal and external communications about product enhancements.
• Support software functionality testing during product enhancement delivery.
• Manage client feedback by responding initially and logging items for resolution.
• Create content marketing and promotional materials for FCC Sales teams and support social media content.

Requirements

• Work toward a university degree with a concentration in business and/or marketing.
• Interest in the financial industry, capital markets, content, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Current enrollment in a registered co-op program is required.
• Availability to work full time for the duration of the co-op term is required.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
