What you will do

• Own go-to-market execution across EMEA.
• Build a focused pipeline of insurers and other buyers seeking to modernize core systems.
• Develop relationships with senior economic buyers and insurance decision-makers.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close.
• Identify markets with strong demand for core-system replacement and shape account strategy.
• Help establish the EMEA commercial presence and sales motion in partnership with internal teams.

Requirements

• Significant enterprise sales leadership experience in insurance technology or core systems.
• Current involvement in the insurance software market, including live deals.
• Proven success selling core platforms or related insurance technology to carriers and/or MGAs.
• Experience selling across multiple European countries.
• Strong relationships with senior insurance leaders across operations, technology, finance, and executive functions.
• Commercial judgment, executive presence, and comfort working in a fast-moving growth environment.
