Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative (Mortgage Lending)

Location: 11550 Ent Parkway, Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; onsite

Salary: $18–$21 per hour, plus a 7% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Respond to and complete member requests in person and through electronic channels.
• Answer questions and perform monetary transactions related to first mortgage loans.
• Maintain and update loan files in accordance with Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, federal lending, and CFPB requirements.
• Assign and document incoming requests received by mail, fax, and email.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in financial services or a call center.
• Ability to learn mortgage lending concepts and understand mortgage documents, terminology, regulations, products, and processes.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, analytical, mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills and a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and maintain a professional demeanor.
