Commercial Deposit Support Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial deposit servicing and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Open and maintain commercial deposit accounts and process service requests, including stop payments, fee waivers, wires, and transfers.
• Authenticate users, monitor suspicious activity, support fraud recovery, and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Lead BSA, AML, and KYC processes, validate entity documentation, maintain customer records, and resolve documentation issues.
• Support Treasury Management product onboarding, identify client needs, and collaborate with Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers.
• Monitor reports, resolve discrepancies, support system outages, process transactions in source systems, and conduct root cause analysis for complaints.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience in financial services, banking, or customer service; alternatively, 5 years of combined higher education and work experience, including 3 years of related experience.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, and manage complex servicing issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, management, peers, and business partners.
• Ability to work in Baltimore, Maryland, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with commercial deposit products, Treasury Management, BSA/AML/KYC, or banking operations.
