Banking Services Operations Associate IV (Non-Real Estate Collateral Management)

What you will do

• Research aged outstanding title and lien perfection issues and resolve missing collateral after lien satisfaction.
• Process commercial and direct lien filings, releases, renewals, amendments, continuations, and state DMV documentation.
• Complete electronic UCC filings and resolve lien exceptions.
• Manage collateral processes for automobile, boat, and recreational vehicle loans, including title liens, state registration changes, and lien releases after payoff.
• Review and audit critical tasks completed by less experienced personnel.
• Contact dealers, DMVs, and customers, respond to online DMV inquiries, and escalate issues when appropriate.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least 1 year of work experience, or a combined minimum of 3 years of higher education and/or work experience including at least 1 year of work experience.
• Knowledge of lien filings, title perfection, collateral management, or related banking operations.
• Ability to research exceptions, maintain accurate documentation, and identify issues requiring escalation.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
