Engineer Software Applications II (Manufacturing)

Salary: $81,872.80–$122,809.20 per year, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance custom business applications for manufacturing, warehouse, and operational processes.
• Troubleshoot software issues and improve application reliability, performance, and usability.
• Support application releases, upgrades, deployments, monitoring, and user issue resolution.
• Translate business requirements from manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and engineering teams into software and automation solutions.
• Create and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests, along with technical and support documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives supporting digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of software development experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, or professional work.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle practices, relational databases, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Angular, or similar modern web frameworks.
• Familiarity with Node, Playwright, REST APIs, system integrations, Git, cloud, DevOps, or CI/CD.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, operations, warehouse management, supply chain, automation, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
