Salary: $100,000 - $210,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and enhance mission-critical software systems, including processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithms.
• Develop full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, and UI tailored to specific mission needs.
• Collaborate with customers and end-users to implement usability improvements.
• Analyze hardware/software trade-offs and integrate COTS/GOTS solutions.
• Perform rigorous review, testing, and documentation of software components to ensure high reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency with MongoDB or similar database technologies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR/EAR compliance.

Nice to have

• UI development experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Backend development experience using Spring Boot.
• Experience with containerization via Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI and Machine Learning development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build tools.
