TL;DR
Expert Solution Developer (AWS): Integrating Acxiom and third-party software to build solutions for complex marketing and data warehousing problems involving very large data volumes with an accent on AWS, PostgreSQL, Aurora, CloudWatch, automation, and custom application development. Focus on designing complex solutions, leading code reviews, resolving performance and coding issues, mentoring developers, and estimating implementation effort.
Location: Conway, Arkansas; must be located in Central Arkansas and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week

What you will do
- Design, integrate, configure, and optimize complex and third-party solutions for marketing and data warehousing workloads.
- Develop automation, custom application code, and extensions to existing software.
- Provide technical strategy, solution design, implementation guidance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and data integrity efforts.
- Coordinate implementation work across multiple developers, mentor less experienced associates, and respond to client and stakeholder issues.
- Prepare level-of-effort estimates for tasks, projects, and existing client solutions.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Real Time Solutions AWS, coding and software development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora Database, and Amazon CloudWatch.
- Knowledge of relational database principles, advanced database features, and Oracle or other DBMS platforms.
- Experience with operating systems, Linux/Unix commands, and Linux/Unix file management.
- This position is not eligible for any type of visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Java, VB .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL/PLSQL, C/C++, Ab Initio, Perl, shell scripting, XML, HTML, PHP/MySQL, AWK/SED, or JavaScript.
- Relevant industry certifications.
- Knowledge of industry standards, solution best practices, and application development tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
