Software Developer (C#/.NET)

hirify.global provides software development and application support for the LASSO II contract and laboratory operations.

What you will do

• Develop, test, document, and maintain web-based software for LASSO laboratories.
• Analyze user requests and define program objectives, feasibility, costs, timelines, and system compatibility.
• Prepare structured designs, flowcharts, diagrams, and development plans for user approval.
• Administer and troubleshoot internally developed web applications, COTS applications, and their interfaces.
• Develop SQL queries and scripts to clean, transform, validate, migrate, and transfer data while maintaining referential integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with C#, Visual Studio, .NET Framework, CSS, JavaScript, T-SQL, and MS SQL Server.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to work on-site at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida.

Nice to have

• Experience administering laboratory management software such as LIMS or eLIMS.
• SQL database management, SharePoint administration, or experience with Maximo backends, interfaces, or databases.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services, Power BI, .NET Core, and older .NET Framework versions.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer interface, coordination, and prioritization skills.
