Bulk Material Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: US-CO-Frederick; onsite, day shift

Salary: $24.54–$38.34 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Receive and manage tankers, bulk materials, bulk gases, and cylinders, including compliant offloads and returns.
• Monitor tank farm levels, maintain status reports, and notify management when tanks approach alarm levels.
• Schedule organic and aqueous waste pickups, attend waste offloads, and maintain accurate waste manifests.
• Coordinate finished-goods inventory, interplant transports, product movement, and third-party logistics activities.
• Support shipping, customs documentation, dangerous-goods requirements, risk assessments, and global trade compliance.
• Maintain checklists, logs, supplies, inventory levels, housekeeping standards, GMP compliance, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Secondary education.
• Experience working in a GMP environment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lb.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work aids, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Availability for a full-time weekly schedule with no stated end date.

Nice to have

• TDG training.
• Hazardous-waste handling experience.
• DOT certification.
• Forklift experience.
