Material Handler

Location: Torrance, California, United States; on site 5 days a week, including Saturday/Sunday operations

Salary: $30–$41 USD per hour

What you will do

• Manage inventory levels, stock locations, and material transactions in ERP and MRP systems.
• Receive, scan, document, count, and distribute incoming materials accurately.
• Pick and kit materials for production, prototype, and engineering builds.
• Package and stage finished goods and schedule domestic and international shipments with major couriers.
• Move materials between production and inventory locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.
• Maintain a clean work area and support department metrics, goals, and changing operational needs.

Requirements

• Lawful ability to access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Experience with inventory management and production kitting processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to work on site, support weekend operations, lift up to 25 lbs, stand and bend for prolonged periods, and work in loud areas for up to 8 hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or scale-up manufacturing environments.
• Operational experience with WMS platforms such as Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Familiarity with MES integration requirements and MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
