Material Handler II (Night Shift) (Biomanufacturing)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, USA; onsite night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule

Salary: $19.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Move, transport, receive, ship, store, sample, and transfer raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, hazardous materials, and non-stock materials.
• Load and unload incoming and outbound trucks and communicate bill-of-lading information with drivers and carriers.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, pallet exchange machines, stretch wrappers, and banding machines.
• Complete warehouse system transactions, documentation, cycle counts, location audits, and material tracking activities.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, complete PIT safety checks, and report or investigate incidents.
• Support warehouse SOPs, work instructions, KPIs, and production-area material needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment and knowledge of warehouse machinery.
• Ability to understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, work at heights up to 20 feet, and perform standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and repetitive-motion activities.
• Ability to work around noise, chemicals, moving machinery, vehicles, and required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to read computer screens and documents, distinguish colors, and interpret normal conversational sounds.
• Work authorization or visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• High school diploma and experience in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• PIT safety certification, forklift and DOT training, and SAP ERP warehouse management experience.
• Dangerous goods certification eligibility and export shipment experience.
