Material Handler II (Biomanufacturing)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, USA; onsite day shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule

Salary: $19.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Move, transfer, sample, receive, ship, and store raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, hazardous materials, and non-stock materials.
• Load and unload incoming and outbound trucks and communicate bill of lading information with drivers and carriers.
• Operate powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, pallet exchange and wrapping equipment, and pallet banding machinery.
• Complete warehouse system transactions and documentation using SAP, radio-frequency devices, WES, Temp Tracer, and related tools.
• Support cycle counts, location audits, production areas, housekeeping, KPIs, and warehouse SOP and work-instruction updates.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, OSHA, FDA, DEA, FTZ, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment and knowledge of warehouse machinery.
• Ability to understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, work at heights up to 20 feet, and perform standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and repetitive-motion activities.
• Ability to operate vehicles and moving machinery, work with chemicals, wear personal protective equipment, and work in noisy environments.
• Ability to read computer screens and documents, distinguish colors, and interpret normal conversational sounds.
• Work authorization or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• High school diploma and experience in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• PIT safety certification, forklift and DOT training, and experience operating warehouse equipment.
• SAP ERP Warehouse Management experience.
• Dangerous Goods certification eligibility and export shipment experience.
