Branch Manager, Millburn, NJ

Location: Millburn, New Jersey, United States; branch hours may include weekends and evenings.

Salary: $60,000–$102,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Direct branch performance, sales activity, operational processes, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies, manage prospect and customer pipelines, and grow customer relationships.
• Lead, coach, hire, retain, and develop branch employees across job families.
• Analyze performance data and improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Use digital banking technologies to improve customer interactions and promote self-service options.
• Manage escalated customer issues, scheduling, risk, compliance, and support nearby branches when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail banking sales management or related bank operations experience, or 5 years of retail sales management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment.
• Proven sales leadership, relationship-building, customer service, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of company policies, compliance regulations, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required; applicants must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
