Branch Supervisor (Retail Banking)

Location: Fully onsite at 545 12th Street, Paso Robles, California, United States

Salary: $20–$24 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Open and process deposit, consumer loan, VISA merchant, and small business loan accounts.
• Identify client needs, provide banking solutions, cross-sell services, and refer customers to appropriate departments.
• Oversee branch opening and closing, overdraft monitoring, wire transfers, collections, stop payments, and branch controls.
• Support operational and audit reviews, remediation, and improvements to branch quality.
• Handle cash drawers, balance accounts, monitor sales and service goals, and support personal banking activities.
• Guide and train branch associates and act as Branch Manager when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of retail banking experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer and business lending, cash handling, account balancing, and calculations.
• Must register as a Bank Mortgage Loan Originator under SAFE Act requirements for open-end transactions; the role is not authorized for closed-end mortgage loan origination.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the Paso Robles, California location.
