Sr. Learning Experience Lead (AI)

Location: Foster City, CA; hybrid with in-office work required on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 base salary annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the learning platform roadmap, learning journeys, instructional design, and outcomes.
• Build and operate the Support organization’s end-to-end onboarding experience.
• Design and facilitate live learning programs and convert them into durable on-demand content.
• Create prescriptive learning paths, role-based content, and cohort-based programs.
• Define measurement criteria, feedback loops, and data-driven methods to evaluate behavior change and ramp speed.
• Expand onboarding and enablement experiences across the company in partnership with the People team.

Requirements

• Deep experience designing and running learning or learning-experience programs with measurable organizational impact.
• Hands-on experience building learning apps, LMS experiences, or similar solutions with modern tools.
• Experience leading multi-person, cross-functional initiatives and creating onboarding, cohort programs, or learning paths from scratch.
• Strong live facilitation skills and the ability to turn facilitated sessions into on-demand learning.
• Experience measuring pre- and post-program outcomes, behavior change, and learning effectiveness.
• Ability to work from the Foster City, CA office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Replit or other modern no-code or low-code app builders.
• Experience with micro-learning, cohort-based program design, and experiment-driven iteration.
• Experience extending learning programs across an organization.
• Coaching or manager-development experience.
