Salary: $84,500–$162,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development, curation, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise learning solutions aligned with performance cycles.
• Analyze skill gaps and partner with business stakeholders, leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and solutions.
• Develop and manage training program content, communications, scheduling, operations, and delivery calendars.
• Manage multiple learning projects and events from design through execution and evaluation using adult learning best practices.
• Facilitate engaging presentations and coordinate logistics for instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training.
• Support onboarding and integration for new hires and facilitators while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, organizational development, adult education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with consulting, stakeholder needs analysis, adult learning theory, and learning-related technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, relationship-building, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, make accurate decisions quickly, and demonstrate initiative.
• Pharmaceutical experience is strongly preferred.
