Professional Learning Specialist - K-8 Math - Huntsville, Alabama

Location: Based in North Alabama; candidates must currently reside in North Alabama or be willing to relocate to the area. This is not a remote position, and candidates must live within 30 miles of the posting location. Travel throughout North Alabama and across Alabama is required.

Salary: $60,750–$99,750 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver targeted professional development to teachers, coaches, and district and site leaders on implementing Ready and i-Ready programs.
• Provide tailored on-site classroom support, including lesson planning, pacing guidance, data analysis, and instructional application.
• Support district-wide product selection, adoption, implementation, and program integrity.
• Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop and revise annual professional development plans and schedules.
• Manage daily projects, communicate with stakeholders, and work with sales teams, educators, students, and school districts.
• Attend relevant educational conferences and participate in team-provided professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience teaching, coaching teachers, or providing professional development.
• Fluency with digital tools, including online assessments, and comfort discussing and applying data with teachers and leaders.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and their application to professional development.
• Ability to manage, monitor, evaluate, and ensure the integrity of program implementations.
• Ability to provide high-quality classroom coaching so teachers can effectively deliver hirify.global solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics for Grades K–8, or comparable state standards, including content and practice standards.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory and attend company meetings several times throughout the year.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
