Shop Foreman (AI Infrastructure Manufacturing)

Location: Arvada, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year plus bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.

What you will do

• Lead daily floor operations across five active assembly lines producing modular data centers and power distribution centers.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing methods such as 5S, Gemba walks, Kaizen, line balancing, and visual management.
• Plan production schedules, technician resources, project strategies, and execution against budgeted production hours.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production leads and assembly technicians while managing accountability, engagement, and retention.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, productivity, labor efficiency, first-pass yield, schedule adherence, and scrap or rework costs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Project Management, suppliers, and equipment vendors to resolve bottlenecks and improve project execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training credential.
• At least 5 years of progressive manufacturing, industrial fabrication, or electro-mechanical assembly experience, including direct crew supervision and scheduling.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical designs, power distribution assemblies, control wiring, and structural equipment integration.
• Experience developing and implementing manufacturing concepts, standard operating procedures, floor assembly techniques, safety procedures, and job hazard analyses.
• Ability to troubleshoot assembly defects, eliminate line stoppages, coordinate multi-line workloads, and maintain production schedules.
• Must be able to work on-site in an industrial manufacturing facility, pass a comprehensive background check, participate in a drug and alcohol program, and lift or move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience manufacturing modular data centers, power distribution centers, switchgear, or industrial e-houses.
• Advanced literacy in electrical one-lines, control wiring diagrams, and mechanical fabrication drawings.
• Experience with ERP or MES platforms for labor tracking and shop-floor management.
