Senior Project Manager (ERP/CRM)

Location: United States. Remote or hybrid working environment based on location.

What you will do

• Manage software implementation, development, and upgrade projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans aligned with solution architecture, scope, timelines, resources, and delivery standards.
• Manage project risks, tasks, resources, consultant assignments, and escalation of issues to PMO and practice leadership.
• Prepare project status reports, deliver executive-level updates, and communicate progress to clients.
• Coordinate consulting teams and clients to ensure agreed services are delivered and satisfaction is measured.
• Plan go-live cutovers, post-go-live support, and compliance with security policies and project methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, business, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering technical solutions.
• 3+ years managing ERP, accounting system, or CRM implementations.
• Expertise with Microsoft Project or a similar project management tool; effective use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• PMP certification and a valid driver's license.
• Experience preparing executive-level project status updates and understanding ERP or CRM functionality.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified Professional, CPA, or similar certification.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and technologies.
• Experience at a Microsoft Partner organization.
• Background in distribution, financial services, professional services, or manufacturing.
