Calibration Technician (Environmental Measurement Equipment)

Location: Full-time onsite at the corporate office in Marietta, Georgia, with possible travel to customer sites. U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export-control requirements.

What you will do

• Test and calibrate environmental measuring equipment, including temperature, humidity, infrared, and wind measurement devices.
• Work independently or with other calibration technicians on laboratory and customer-site projects.
• Analyze test results and technical literature related to customer products, machinery, and equipment.
• Write calibration and test reports.
• Complete structured and on-the-job training in environmental calibration laboratory procedures and safety.
• Provide daily customer service and technical communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic awareness of laboratory environments and safety protocols through education or experience.
• Ability to read and understand test data, equipment manuals, product manuals, and machinery manuals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, ability to lift 60 pounds, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR export-control requirements.
