What you will do

• Calibrate and certify dimensional measuring and test equipment to technical specifications.
• Maintain traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
• Record test data, prepare reports, and update electronic quality-system records.
• Receive, organize, and perform daily pickup and drop-off of customer tooling.
• Use laboratory measuring, calibrating, and testing equipment, adapting procedures and tools for special requirements.
• Support process improvements, safe work practices, customer service, and status reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of hand tools and their operation.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to client requirements.
• Ability to follow hirify.global Metrology Quality Systems and HS&E requirements.

Nice to have

• Military PMEL/TMDE training.
• Experience with dimensional measurement.
• Indysoft experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
