Enterprise Asset Program Manager

Location: Michigan, USA — Remote. The role may require in-person onboarding and/or in-person identity verification.

Salary: $81,000–$145,200 starting base salary per year for U.S.-based roles; offers may exceed this range and may include bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and operate the enterprise hardware asset management strategy, roadmap, operating model, governance board, and cross-functional cadences.
• Establish persona-based hardware standards, device catalog tiers, customization controls, and security vetting for new hardware models.
• Manage the full lifecycle of computers, mobile devices, loaners, and spare inventory from procurement and deployment through recovery, refresh, and secure disposal.
• Improve asset database accuracy from approximately 60–70% and establish data matching, reconciliation, quality, and governance standards.
• Integrate asset management with discovery, endpoint management, identity, CMDB, procurement, disposition, and ITSM systems while automating tracking and reconciliation.
• Lead hardware budgeting, forecasting, spend analysis, financial reconciliation, KPI reporting, and global vendor relationships.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of end-to-end ownership of enterprise asset management programs, with accountability for outcomes and deliverables over multiple years.
• Experience operating at large enterprise scale, including approximately 50,000 or more managed assets and complex stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating CMDB/ServiceNow data, improving data hygiene, and governing device- and asset-level records.
• Experience managing the complete asset lifecycle across computers and mobile devices, plus formal change management processes such as ITIL change or release management.
• Strong financial acumen covering budgeting, forecasting, CapEx versus OpEx, contracts, vendor costs, and reconciliation with purchasing, accounts payable, fixed assets, and the general ledger.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to work cross-functionally across HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, and technical teams globally.
