What you will do
- Own client relationships from role briefing through delivery, feedback, and ongoing account development.
- Scope hiring requirements, challenge unclear briefs, and advise clients on role definition and hiring strategy.
- Manage client-side recruitment processes, keeping feedback timely, interviews moving, and offers progressing.
- Analyse pipelines, provide market insights and candidate assessments, and manage client expectations.
- Negotiate offers and grow accounts from individual searches into long-term hiring partnerships.
- Use as a power user and provide feedback to the product team.
Requirements
- Highly organised, commercially sharp, compelling, smart, and driven.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including founders, Heads of Engineering, and VPs of Talent.
- Credibility with hiring managers and a practical understanding of software engineering recruitment.
- Typically 2+ years of agency or in-house recruitment experience, although strong potential and motivation are also considered.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and account-growth skills.

Hiring process
- Hiring Manager Interview with the Head of Talent Operations.
- Short take-home exercise and in-person interview.
- Task review, culture and values interview, and final interview with the CEO and founder.
