Field Service Technician (Maintenance)

Location: London Region, United Kingdom; on the road and at customer sites

What you will do

• Diagnose, install, replace, configure, and maintain camera hardware at retail customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, service calls, and product onboarding or scanning.
• Install systems on shelves, ceilings, and other equipment according to installation plans.
• Use power tools safely and follow maintenance and installation safety procedures.
• Record service activities, parts used, and time spent using company tools.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete installations and meet customer SLAs and quality and speed KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous field technician experience, preferably in field service, installation, construction, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency with power tools and installation equipment.
• Physical stamina to work on foot and perform demanding tasks for periods of up to 9 hours.
• Valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation to customer sites required.
• Ability to work store hours, nights, and weekends.
