X-Ray Field Service Engineer (Radiology)

Location: Home based in Great Britain, covering a territory in the North of England with regular travel to customer sites

What you will do

• Install, commission, maintain, update, and repair radiology imaging equipment.
• Service associated ICT and electrical equipment to ensure reliable product performance.
• Work with the Shared Service Centre and multidisciplinary internal and external teams.
• Maintain test equipment, tools, company property, and spare-parts processes.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting customer satisfaction or contractual obligations.
• Support customers and colleagues through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• HNC/D degree in electromechanics, electronics, computer science, or engineering, or equivalent extensive experience.
• Previous field service experience in a similar technical role is preferred.
• Strong IT, Microsoft Office, and networking infrastructure skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to travel to customer sites across the North of England.
• Ability to follow regulatory requirements, company policies, and work procedures.
