Associate Director, Access Management Service Delivery - Cybersecurity

Location: Remote, USA

Base compensation: $152,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead access management service delivery across applications and global stakeholders.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce access management policies, procedures, standards, KPIs, and compliance controls.
• Plan and execute projects, enhancements, operational initiatives, and service strategies.
• Drive automation of privileged-account onboarding, lifecycle management, deprovisioning, and access transactions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, resources, timelines, deliverables, change management, risks, and major incidents.
• Support regulatory requirements and audits, including SOX and GxP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years of focused access management experience covering authorization, lifecycle administration, and auditing and reporting.
• Experience managing complex programs and projects, including demand management, requirements management, software design, configuration management, integration, and system testing.
• Strong customer success record with business stakeholders outside IT and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated success in talent development and management.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience across multiple domains.
• Experience with IAM automation and access management process improvement.
• Familiarity with SOX and GxP compliance, risk management, and quality management.
