Director, Security Enablement (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States. Remote, hybrid, or in-office work options are available.

Salary: $157,667–$283,801 base pay, plus variable pay opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead weekly and monthly security operating reviews, scorecards, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Define and maintain security KPIs and KRIs covering data quality, ownership, thresholds, trends, and reporting cadence.
• Coordinate security risks, issues, deviations, remediation plans, target dates, aging, and escalations in RSA Archer.
• Track AWS security posture and migration-related risks by consolidating cloud security findings into governance metrics.
• Coordinate security programs and communications across Security, Engineering, Application Security, Legal, the Global Security Office, and business leaders.
• Manage security vendor evaluations, Proof of Value tracking, Security FinOps reporting, tooling spend, license utilization, renewals, and budget variance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security program management, security governance, technology risk, or a related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with enterprise GRC/IRM platforms such as RSA Archer and recurring security operating reviews, executive reporting, and KPI/KRI dashboards.
• Working knowledge of AWS security fundamentals, including IAM, Security Hub, Config, or WAF.
• Experience with 1LOD/2LOD risk models, matrixed environments, senior leadership presentations, and cross-business-unit coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSPM/CNAPP, Application Security, DSPM, Security FinOps, or security vendor evaluations.
• CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or AWS Certified Security – Specialty certification.
• Knowledge of emerging AI tools, use cases, risks, and security considerations.
