Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with attendance at an assigned office 2–3 days per week or as required by the business. This role is not remote and requires permanent U.S. work authorization.
Annual base salary: $176,600–$294,300, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of technology compliance strategies, solutions, services, standards, and operating models for Digital organizations.
- Define governance frameworks, guide risk-based decisions, and ensure controls address regulatory, privacy, quality, security, GxP, SOX, and SDLC requirements.
- Prepare for and support audits and inspections before, during, and after review, including remediation planning, commitment tracking, and gap closure.
- Partner with Digital leadership, business lines, auditors, inspectors, managed service providers, and external partners.
- Establish performance indicators, metrics, and reporting to monitor compliance and drive process improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement, automation, risk assessments, compliance investigations, and multiple strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience supporting IT initiatives in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
- Experience implementing controls and working with GMP, GxP, SOX, privacy, cybersecurity, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and independent-prioritization skills.
- Experience working in highly matrixed and agile environments, influencing senior leaders, and coaching or guiding colleagues.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

- Experience directly or indirectly managing diverse teams.
- Background in process improvement and deconstructing complex business processes.
- Experience solving complex cross-functional problems and establishing knowledge-management practices.
