Director, Portfolio Management, NA (Data Centers)

Salary: $195,000–$215,000 base plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead and develop the North America Portfolio Management team, establishing ownership, priorities, operating cadence, quality controls, and succession planning.
• Own asset-level and portfolio-level reporting for leased data center assets, including returns, performance progression, delivery schedules, budgets, variances, business case changes, risks, and mitigants.
• Prepare executive, Board, investor, lender, and public portfolio reporting, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with Finance, Capital Markets, and Corporate Development.
• Lead post-signature commercial management of amendments, reservations, renewals, expansions, schedule changes, service levels, penalties, and delivery dates.
• Develop strategies to improve asset returns through pricing, escalations, accelerated commencement, capital efficiency, alternative power or delivery solutions, and hold, renew, reprice, or exit decisions.
• Build scalable reporting templates, definitions, data quality controls, dashboards, datasets, decision rights, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in portfolio or asset management, investments, corporate finance, real estate, infrastructure, or related analytical roles.
• At least 3–5 years of experience leading and developing teams, with a record of building capability and improving output quality.
• Experience creating executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and recurring insights for complex assets, including materials for executives, investors, or a Board.
• Experience with commercial negotiations, including amendments, renewals, expansions, and translating underwriting into negotiation positions.
• Expert financial modeling, analytical, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centers, digital infrastructure, or large-scale commercial real estate.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in Finance.
• CFA, CPA, or similar credential.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or data engineering concepts.
