Sr. Manager, Program Controls (Data Centers)

Location: Remote with domestic travel requirements of 25%; must be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $182,000–$204,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and govern project controls across the construction delivery portfolio, covering cost, schedule, quality, performance, and reporting.
• Lead, develop, train, and manage project controls teams of cost managers and schedulers, including external service providers.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, baselines, change control, risk and contingency tracking, and EML reporting.
• Conduct project reviews and deep-dive analyses to identify critical-path activities, delays, cost impacts, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, KPIs, recovery plans, and risk mitigation updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Construction Finance, Development, and project teams to improve data integrity, forecasting, governance, and adoption of controls systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive experience leading project or portfolio controls across multiple large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is highly desirable.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and successful completion of comprehensive background and drug screening are required.
