Manager, Global Portfolio Management

Salary: $109,500–$208,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of strategic, cross-functional projects for Clinical Sciences.
• Manage multiple projects using standardized planning, governance, and project management processes.
• Develop project scenarios, track risks and action items, and maintain project materials.
• Lead project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and escalate issues for resolution.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards covering risks, mitigation plans, deliverables, and roadblocks.
• Collaborate with management, subject matter experts, sponsors, and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience, including 3+ years supporting projects and programs from strategy through implementation.
• Knowledge of project management best practices, risk analysis and mitigation planning, change management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with global and regional teams in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Role location: North Chicago, Illinois, United States.
