Variable Compensation Analyst (Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation)

What you will do

• Administer end-to-end variable compensation processes, including commission calculations, payouts, adjustments, quota management, and case resolution.
• Own and optimize the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation platform through configuration, governance, enhancements, and roadmap planning.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on commission processing and incentive plan administration to business stakeholders.
• Analyze commission inquiries and system performance data to identify root causes and implement process improvements.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance on compensation effectiveness, forecasting, accruals, and financial planning.
• Develop reporting and analytical insights while supporting SOX compliance, internal controls, and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in compensation, commission administration, revenue operations, FP&A, sales operations, or a related analytical function.
• Experience administering variable compensation or incentive programs, including commission calculations and payment processes.
• Hands-on experience with incentive compensation systems or enterprise commission management platforms.
• Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms, plus knowledge of financial controls and compliance.
