Senior Financial Analyst (Compensation)

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Global Headquarters, USA

What you will do

• Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual variable compensation calculations for sales, service, and administrative employees.
• Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyze performance data from CRM, ERP, service management, and financial systems.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, forecasts, variance analyses, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Support the design, modeling, implementation, and evaluation of incentive compensation plans and KPI changes.
• Partner with Sales, Service, Finance, HR, IT, Payroll, and business leadership to resolve compensation questions and disputes.
• Improve automation, data quality, reporting accuracy, calculation efficiency, documentation, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, sales operations, business analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data validation.
• Experience analyzing large datasets with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet processing deadlines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting sales or field service compensation programs.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
• Basic SQL or data querying experience.
