Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the North Zone of Mexico City, near Toreo Parque Central — 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

What you will do

• Define product vision and translate business goals into sustainable product initiatives.
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives using agile practices.
• Transform AI and advanced analytics initiatives into secure, scalable, and governable business solutions.
• Balance ROI, P&L outcomes, and price-risk accountability in digital and e-commerce products.
• Negotiate priorities and align technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Product Owner credential such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, strong SQL proficiency, and basic Python knowledge.
• Ability to evaluate P&L, manage price risk, and connect technical solutions to measurable business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
• Experience with Databricks, advanced analytics, customer metrics, KPIs, or digital customer journeys.
