Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own long-term product scope, including epics, features, workflows, roadmaps, release notes, and product documentation.
• Deliver software and AI products from conception through MVP and incremental releases, continuously validating features and product-market fit.
• Work with clients, users, engineering teams, workstream leads, and subject matter experts to capture requirements, run collaborative sessions, and triage feedback.
• Coordinate engineering, user testing, and AI evaluation to deliver ship-ready features while identifying risks and blockers.
• Track engagement, retention, OKRs, sprint progress, and release outcomes across strategic and tactical horizons.
• Translate technical constraints and trade-offs into business language and facilitate prioritization across competing demands.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of product management experience delivering software products from conception through launch.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments and highly regulated settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, customer journey mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working familiarity with AI/LLM product development, including prompt design, evaluation frameworks, and model limitations.
• Ability to define success metrics, make decisions in ambiguous conditions, and ship incrementally in evolving environments.
• Advanced English is required for communication with global teams.

Nice to have

• Prior engineering or technical background.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI or LLM-based products.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts who contribute directly to products.
