Staff Technical Program Manager (Data Products)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; hybrid work model with remote work and monthly in-person collaboration meetings. Local employees are encouraged to work from the office weekly, and travel is expected approximately 15%.

What you will do

• Lead a strategically important portfolio of product-driven technical programs and align engineering, product, and business teams.
• Manage a team of Technical Program Managers, setting standards and ensuring delivery against business goals.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term goals, define ownership, map dependencies, mitigate risks, and track metrics and ROI.
• Coordinate with Development, Product Management, Product Marketing, Automation, and Engineering teams.
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams, integration guides, developer guides, platform documentation, videos, demos, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Gather technical, product, and customer feedback to improve documentation, usability, and support for technical and non-technical users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of experience in portfolio and program management preferred.
• 8+ years of experience managing a direct team preferred.
• Experience planning and managing large-scale portfolios and implementations from start to finish.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, resource and financial planning, risk mitigation, personnel management, and executive support.
• Working technical background in architecture, observability, networking, DevOps, and security.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, corporate, or investment banking.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as TechOps, SRE, DevOps, or network engineering.
• Experience with systemic change management.
