Licensed Counselor (LPCC, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, USA; full-time onsite

Salary: $31.25–$36.00 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Conduct individual alcohol and drug abuse counseling, group sessions, intake, and readmission services.
• Assess patients’ social, educational, economic, and vocational needs and develop or revise treatment plans.
• Provide supportive follow-up counseling, crisis intervention, referrals, and care coordination with community providers.
• Maintain comprehensive records and inter-agency documentation while complying with regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Orient patients to treatment operations, support program implementation, and contribute to caseload management.
• Provide staff training, participate in required training and meetings, and perform OBOT services.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, human services, or a related field, according to state requirements.
• Current counseling credentials or applicable licensure, such as LPCC, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW, MFTC, or ADDC.
• Knowledge of human behavior, substance abuse populations, treatment planning, and human social services.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment with confidential and sensitive matters and respond effectively in stressful situations.
• Ability to comply with federal and state requirements for certification, licensure, and education.
• Behavioral health experience is preferred but not required.
