Product Marketing Director (AI/CDP)

Location: Remote USA

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 annually plus variable compensation and equity options.

What you will do

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for hirify.global’s data platform.
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market launches and feature updates with product, engineering, sales, demand generation, and content teams.
• Translate complex CDP, MarTech, data integration, API, and cloud capabilities into customer narratives and competitive differentiators.
• Use AI tools and automated workflows to create technical enablement assets, deep-dive content, and integration briefs.
• Equip field teams with sales collateral, battlecards, and objection-handling resources.
• Represent product marketing in customer advisory discussions, webinars, and industry events while analyzing market, customer, and competitive insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing, technical marketing, or partner marketing experience in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Deep expertise in Customer Data Platforms, MarTech, data integration, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.
• Fluency with AI productivity tools and modern generative AI workflows.
• Experience owning complex projects, developing go-to-market initiatives, and using data-driven problem-solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.
